Product Area can become this 1 unifier for Product features on the Community.

Not only does it make the UI uniform as Ideas, but it reduces the need of having separate categories for separate Product Areas.

Follow the Product Area to get to all content about that Area:

Discussions, Ideas, KB articles, Product updates, Events… etc.

Will be a great blessing for Multi Product communities

Thank you for sharing this idea, @anirbandutta! It is part of our vision to expand the content organising to support multi-product organisations. Using product areas to tag other content types besides ideas and product updates could be a solution. Other customers expressed the need to increase the categories hierarchy to be able to create product-specific KB sections and we also have this idea for having a hierarchy on product areas:

I’m curious to hear your thoughts on this and how you would see organised a customer hub serving multiple products.
