Hi Team,
 

As per the existing functionality, the Call to Action (CTA) owner search encompasses users with internal collaborator licenses, even though these users are unable to log into Gainsight. Ideally, these users should not be included in the search results. The customer is seeking a search filter criterion pertaining to the CTA owner field, specifically aiming to filter out users defined with a particular license type in the configuration section of the CTA administration for the standard owner field.
