For Customer Cheat Sheet, I want to see the data update regularly and automatically versus the current “click Refresh to pull an update” configuration.
I do appreciate that Cheat Sheet informs me of its age, its current date range, and can be refreshed on-demand. However, the refresh takes several minutes, and most CSMs and Gainsight users won’t wait many minutes for a refresh, especially many minutes times many customers.
The ability to ensure Customer Cheat Sheet refreshes regularly, automatically and on a “push” basis would increase the impact of the feature and its use to surface the most important customer information.
