We are starting to look more at the Customer Goals feature. It seems that we can use rules to both create a Customer Goal and to create a Success Plan for that Goal, however there’s no way for us to associate the two, short of taking an additional step of going to each individual Customer Goal and associating the newly created Success Plan manually.
If we have prescribed Success Plan templates for specific types of Customer Goals, it’d be nice if we could pre-populate the goal with the corresponding Success Plan. Requiring a manual intervention to associate the two would likely be a non-starter for adoption of the feature for us.
