Provide P360 out of the box survey widget for non NPS or CSAT surveys

Chelsea.holfield

It would be great to have an out of the box widget for all surveys that are not NPS or CSAT available on the P360 as it is on the C360. Right now we are enabling a group on P360 but their users rarely, if ever get NPS or CSAT surveys. However, they do receive a number of other surveys, and we’d love that visibility directly on the P360. Right now they are still visible on the C360 but our team would love to break them down person to person on the P360.

Hey @Chelsea.holfield, we don’t have P360 deployed yet, however I’m interested to know if the widget you’re looking for is a OOTB widget to place on a 360 section, or a section of the 360 dedicated to Surveys (like we have on the C360)?

Checking out the P360 layout in our instance, as you’ve mentioned it looks like there are NPS and cSAT widgets available to add to the Summary tab, but there is no configurable survey widget available, nor does there appear to be the option to add (or configure) a dedicated survey tab on the P360.

The closest solution I can potentially see would be to add a report tab to the P360 and build a report based on the survey participant object, however I don’t see an object associations area in P360 configurations to ensure the survey data shown only relates to the person in question (perhaps based on GSID would suffice, but I’ve not tested).

OOTB survey support would be nice for P360, so this enhancement gets my +1.

@Stuart To be honest, either one would work for us. A widget would of course be great (less clicking around) but I would be happy with a tab with those details as well.

Agreed! not a great solution without it. And ideally, since it’s available elsewhere it would be great to have it available here as well.

I think a tab would be great, as it’d be consistent with the other 360s (leveraging user habits). With that said, P360 is a much less extensive overview than C or R, and concentrating insights on a summary page is likely to be sufficient for most of us (users included).
