Enhancing Renewal Center Functionality: Streamlining CSM Input for Action Cards

Hello Team,

As per the current functionality for the action cards in renewal center we need manually add the inputs for csm.

Our valued customer relies on the Renewal Center to receive action cards that highlight customers nearing renewal each quarter, simplifying the opportunity creation process. With approximately 100 opportunities handled per quarter, there's a clear need to optimize efficiency as this number continues to grow.

To address this, we propose implementing automated mapping or introducing a column displaying respective CSM names. This enhancement would significantly reduce manual effort and ensure clear ownership identification for smoother operations.
