It’s been discovered that the ability to highlight and copy information in cells on the Cockpit page (e.g. highlight the company name and copy it) is no longer available with the latest release of NXT.
I reached out to Gainsight Support and they’ve informed me that a fix is planned for the next release, but at this time there is no workaround.
Mostly posting this for posterity in case other users have noticed this and are curious what’s going on.
