Unlike in standard Horizon Rules, there is not a ‘Duplicate’ function in Real-Time Rules currently. As a result, we have to manually construct each rule from scratch.
This is cumbersome and time-consuming in situations where we want to create multiple rules that are nearly identical w/minor differences.
Since the ‘Duplicate/Clone’ feature exists throughout Gainsight modules (Reports, DD, JO, Survey) don’t know why it doesn’t exist in Real-Time Rules too.
