It would be nice as an admin to be able to view all users’ timeline drafts across the organization. If someone leaves the organization or is absent for an extended period of time, it would be helpful to be able to view what that person was doing so we can stay on top of our book of business.
In addition, we’d like to be able to REPORT on all draft Timeline entries via Report Builder. This would allow our managers to follow-up w/individual team members on their respective draft entries when needed.
