Additional Account Status Options

So currently every account when loaded from CRM tool (specifically in our case) can only be assigned to Inactive / Active / Churn 

 

I would like the option to add more statuses 

 

Use Case - we are bringing trials into GS on prospect accounts, and currently they are set to inactive and so cannot differentiate from other inactive accounts this is proving a challenge 

Other inactive accounts are those prospect accounts that are about to close and we need to kick off the Sales-CS handover and prepare for onboarding 

and so I would like the system to be able to assign different status

Upvoting for the convenience factor but, in the meantime, could you also create a separate picklist value to load that secondary information to?

For example, we load the Salesforce status to a separate picklist from the system ‘Status’ field as our use case in CS doesn’t always match what Sales/Marketing/Business Systems need the Salesforce record to say. That would theoretically allow the company to be ‘Inactive’ and then you could have a picklist that delineates if it’s a trial, preparing for onboarding, etc.
