So currently every account when loaded from CRM tool (specifically in our case) can only be assigned to Inactive / Active / Churn
I would like the option to add more statuses
Use Case - we are bringing trials into GS on prospect accounts, and currently they are set to inactive and so cannot differentiate from other inactive accounts this is proving a challenge
Other inactive accounts are those prospect accounts that are about to close and we need to kick off the Sales-CS handover and prepare for onboarding
and so I would like the system to be able to assign different status
