In my quest to be efficient in the regular monitoring of the execution of our programs, I find that the navigation in the programs catalog could be improved greatly.

First, when doing monitoring, we are concerned with active programs only. So I filter by program status and then pick Active. That's 4 clicks. Perhaps some day, doing the same via a single click on the icon just below will be possible. Support this enhancement request here:

Then, I go through the list of programs running that progressed since I last checked. Even though I have a naming convention for my programs to start with the day and time (eg. MON 5, WED 9, etc) to spot them easy in the absence of schedule information on this screen, I do miss the ability to sort by name alphabetically, execution time, etc. which would make me faster. But then, once I pick a program to look at how it is doing and taken action, when I return to the catalog, I am taken back to the full list of AOs in existence! Time again to do these 4 clicks to get back into context and continue!

Support this enhancement request for the filter settings to stick by liking this post!

This is not the only use case where this would be helpful. For example, those using relationships would appreciate to be brought back to their appropriate context. This would also help be efficient when doing mass touch ups or maintenance on your existing programs.

The cycles we save here can be allocated to doing things that are more creative and rewarding.

Thanks

Hi Diane,

We are working on addressing the use case by providing an ability to filter like you have mentioned in the post here.It will be available this upcoming release.

Thanks
