Two requests for the Stickiness Ratio widget in the PX Dashboard to support:
- setting a custom date range
- excluding weekends from the calculation
Custom Date Range Use Case:
Without the ability to set a custom date range we cannot retrospectively report on the stickiness for a given time frame, for example reporting on weekly or monthly stickiness trends. The widget is always set to the last 30 days and cannot be adjusted.
Exclude Weekends Use Case:
Our web-app is predominately used as a work tool by users during weekdays, so including weekends in the calculation skews the data and does not reflect a true stickiness ratio. If we had an option to exclude weekends from the calculation (as other analytics tools support), we could get a useable metric from this widget.
