Our customer would like to see same functionality which is right on C360 with regard to view or edit an item from a related list. Right now, on a Customer 360 I am able to have direct link to view or edit an item from a related list, for example opportunities. If I have a similar report on a dashboard, We are unable to add a link on view/edit.

Use case: Right now for CSMs to get to the opportunity, they would need to go to the 360, then the opportunities related list and then click on the view icon. Saving them clicks, steps and time is always something we strive to do.

Having the ability to access the report that a container holds in a dashboard would be great for quick edits as well.
