We would like to request that Gainsight Assist, specifically in Outlook, offer the ability to post the email to multiple customer accounts using the ‘Related To’ option. This would help immensely in our organization of health care customers. The majority of our customers are parent with child accounts. This feature will allow our users to quickly attach their communication to all the correct accounts. Currently our users need to go back into the email after it posts to Timeline, edit and then apply any other customers in the Related To field.
