Add a participant max to JO Emails by Company or other variable

When sending critical or operational emails though JO, we generally have a large number of participants at each company based on our contact data and criteria. This presents a large issue for us, especially for operational emails as we have over 30,000 accounts and very quickly exceed the limitations for operational emails without an easy way to divide our customer base into batches.  We have been able to increase our operational limitation from 5,000 to15,000 emails but that still does not allow us to contact all accounts in a single send even if we did have a single contact.  

To prevent over sending a critical or operational email, we would like the ability to set a max number of participants in the JO Filter Criteria on Participants Section based on GSID or potentially other value.  This would allow us, as an example, to only send an email to 2 contacts at a company instead of the 20 who meet the criteria.
