Hi there! Is there a way to select an "Activity Type" before logging the email to my Gainsight timeline? When I select the "Log to Timeline" box with my Chrome plug-in, it appears in my Gainsight timeline with the activity type "Email". This means that, once the email is sent and logged to my timeline, I then have to navigate to my Gainsight timeline and update the activity type manually. It would be helpful to be able to select the activity type before I "Log to Timeline" so its recorded correctly and seamlessly to my timeline.

Thank you!

This was introduced to Microsoft Outlook Plugin in the most recent release - why was it not introduced for Chrome Plugin? I would expect parity between the email inbox plugins. We were highly looking forward to being able to choose the Activity Type and Account.

Big +1 here. We were under the impression that this would go live for Gmail. When can we expect this to be available? It requires a lot of unnecessary additional time from our CSMs to manually update the activity types in Gainsight.
