We have found an issue where we have the company hierarchy setup and it is displaying all of the Child accounts along with the MRR values.
There is the option to combine all of these totals by using the SUM feature to display the total amount of MRR under the Parent account.
The issue happens when a child account churns or becomes inactive for any reason, there is no way to filter that value out of the SUM so you are seeing incorrect data in this view, this has been confirmed with the support team.
I think a simple solution would be to have at least one filter within this view to be able to select active/inactive accounts or filter on additional criteria as well.
