Allow editing of Description on a cloned playbook in new playbook builder

In the new playbook builder, when you clone a playbook, you can’t edit the Description. It retains the text from the source playbook and is a grayed out box that is uneditable at point of cloning.

To edit the Description of a cloned playbook, the resulting flow is:

1. Clone your playbook, rename it, set the CTA Type
2. Save your cloned playbook
3. Find it in the list,
4. Click the three dots
5. Edit
6. Then you can update the description
7. Save again

Yikes 😬 can we have the Description editable at point of cloning?
