Hi,

We are using the Community most often on an iPhone and when users are trying to create a new article they are provided with a massive list of related topics, see below and on the iPhone the users will need to scroll a fair bit to actually come to the description part of the  topic they want to created.

I would like to suggest to make it optional or allow the end user to define how many related topics they would like to display like to display to their users.

@Yoeri  Tom suggested  I should tag you into this idea.

Thanks for considering it.

It would be nice if the related topics option were in a different location. I find whenever I type a title and then go to click on the ‘Description’ section, I end up clicking on a related topic instead of the text box which can be frustrating.

I voted for this and would like to advocate for the ability to configure how many related topics appear. Ex. configuring it to show just the top 3 or 5, not a full list of 7-10.

I also agree with many of the suggestions in the thread thus far: allowing the user to hide the list and/or auto-hiding the list once they move from Title to Description. (If they are in description, it’s very likely the related topic list did not show an existing topic for them to redirect their input to)

This was an early complaint from our beta testers:

Last one, while I was writing, I got a Related Topics popup which I cannot remove, delete, and has nothing to do with my feedback!

From my own experience, like @mstone I find myself often accidentally clicking a related topic when I’m posting here on InSpired. I’d love for the list to be shorter or able to be hidden.
