We get customers who sometimes have an Idea but post it as a question, or (the reverse) they ask a question in the Idea section. I know that we can convert Ideas into Questions, but it would be great to be able to convert Question/Conversations into Ideas. This will save as a lot of re routing, re linking, and reposting on our end.

This is currently not possible in our new ideation module, so I’ve reopened the idea.

Until we start the actual work, I’m hesitant to give you timelines on delivery, but I would personally advise you to not consider this problem as a factor when deciding whether or not to start using the ideation module - we aim to solve it 🙂.
I would like to +1 this idea. Currently I have to either re-post into the Ideation module or ask the customer to do it.
