Scorecard criteria does not support lookup fields and

Trying to assign scorecard based on a set of criteria (the CSM/Account owner field in the Company object), it is not available in the drop down list on the company object even though it is a field in the Company object. We can’t use lookup fields for criteria.

Also, only the below listed data types can be used in “applies to” section

  • String
  • Number
  • Picklist
  • Boolean

Can we have flexibility on having different fields in the criteria for Scorecards?

      @meenal_shukla We will add it to our backlog. Are there any specific data types that you would like support for?

        Hi Shantan,

        We received a request from “Hootsuite” customer to support multi-picklist data type fields as well as they want to use the multi picklist field in Scorecard Applies To filter criteria.

        As per current design, we are only supporting these 4 data types -
         
        Number,
        String,
        Boolean,
        Dropdown list

          I have a string field that is a look up to the parent account, We want to exclude companies who have specific parent accounts but are unable to. According to support it is because the field has a lookup attached.
