Reporting mismatch.


 

  1. During setup, we ended up using Rules Engine to pull in contacts from Salesforce. Connectors was not working or didn’t work for the crew for whatever reason. Is there any benefit to using connectors vs. Rules engine?
  2. The Connector Log report for my salesforce report came back with “no email” error. Which one of these are the Salesforce contact ID I can reference? Would like to go back and update the contacts.
