Hey Spencer,

I was hoping to talk through an issue we were running into recently where the account status in Gainsight for customers displayed as “Churned” or “Inactive” despite them being active customers.

Internally, we found that the old field we were using called “Customer State (Beta)” in Salesforce to track whether an account was “Churned” / “Inactive” / “Active” is no longer a field we should use, and instead we were instructed to use “Type”, which is another field in Salesforce that should hopefully fix this issue as our “Beta” fields will no longer be active in the future. We were hoping to get assistance on how to get the accounts in Gainsight to pull account status from the new “Type” field instead of the “Customer State (Beta)” field. Where if the Type = Customer, the status of the account will be “Active” in Gainsight.

Thank you!

Lourlin

Hi Spencer, I have a question about the person object. What we want to see is if we can add a campaign members section (from Marketo’s sfdc object) on the R360 that contains the relationship persons on that relationship in one view. I know how to connect MDA objects via a lookup field but not sure how this would work with an sfdc object.

I have a question on Team Viewer. Thanks!
