Engagement Intervals - Second Set of Eyes

Forum|alt.badge.img

We are working on an automated NPS program that would trigger 90 days before their renewal date each year. We have not utilized intervals before, so I am just hoping I can get a second set of eyes to ensure I have this set up correctly.

We would like it to show up to 2 times per occurrence, and take place annually. Am I on the right track? Should I maybe set it to 11 months to ensure it re-qualifies them on time?

Hi Jessica. For that 12 month recurrence to take effect, the ‘On Completion’ configuration should be set to ‘wait for next recurrence’. Otherwise, the survey will stop after 1 response or 2 views. If you want that to continue indefinitely (12 month loop), then you can deselect the ‘End After’ config.

12 months will give you (time for first response OR 2 views) + 12 months between surveys. That’s probably as precise as it needs to be, but you could likely get a slightly more precise interval with 51 weeks, given the time between views for frequent users. Not a critical point though

@rschlette thank you! Yes, I did update that to ‘wait for next occurrence’ but forgot to take a new screenshot. I like the idea of 51 weeks, just to make sure the audience picks them up at the 90 day renewal.
