Greetings!
In Gainsight PX, there is currently no direct integration to Aha! Road maps and Product Board. However, feedback received through KC Bot can be sent to Aha! Road maps and Product Board using Email forwarding.
Here's how to make it happen:
Step 1: Obtaining the unique Email Addresses
Setup in Aha! Roadmaps:
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Go to Workspace > Ideas > Configure.
- Once you've selected the portal,simply copy the email address located in the "Ideas via email" field.

Setup in Product Board:
- Visit the Integrations page within the Product Board.
- Choose "Gainsight PX."
- Create a new integration and make sure to copy the unique address provided.

Note: Please keep in mind that Gainsight PX supports integration with Productboard Pro, Scale, and Enterprise editions only.
Step 2: Configuring Feedback Categories in Gainsight PX:
- In Gainsight PX, head over to the Admistration > Feedback page and open the Email Forwarding tab.
- Click "Add Email" to insert the email address you copied from either Product Board or Aha!
- Don't forget to save your changes.
- In the feedback category tab, create a new category or edit the new category.
- Enable Email forwarding in workflow configurations and select the email picked from Product Board or Aha! in the list of email addresses and save your selections.
Any feedback received through Gainsight PX's KC Bot of the specified category will automatically find its way to Aha! Roadmaps and Product Board via email forwarding.
