All NXT customers will be auto-migrated to the new C/R360 experience with the respective July Release dates.
- EU & US2: July 22nd, 2023
- US1: July 29th, 2023
Important: If you have already transitioned to the new C/R360, congrats, you are all set!
If you are still working in the preview phase of the new C/R360, you must complete the final migration step to the new layouts before the auto-migration date, or else all changes you have made to the converted layouts as well as any new layouts you have created, will be lost.
- Select “Activate” to retain work you have done to layouts while in the “Optimize and Preview” phase. See screenshot below.
