I just received an inquiry from one of our users asking if it's possible to transfer Success Plans from one customer to another?
Use case: Company A was originally Company B's contract, but now is being treated as a unique customer account. They're curious if there is a way to leverage a ‘transfer’ of some entries without manual duplication, if possible.
Any suggestions? I've never seen this done, other than manual recreation on the 'new' account. TIA!

There’s nothing out of the box that allows for moving success plans. I’ve asked support if they could help me in the past, and the general sentiment was that they are too complicated, and it’s best to just recreate them manually in the new account.
I have played around with using the API to create a copy of a success plan from one account to another, but never got past just noodling around in Postman. I think you’d be able to wire up the API to create a full copy of the content from one account to another, then delete the old one.
