Excluding a report from global filter in Home

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I can exclude a report from filtering based on the global filter in Home? I know in dashboards there’s a way to map which reports are filtered but I can’t seem to find the equivalent in Home. Let me know if you have any insight!

Thanks,

Grace

Hi @gracelc you should be able to do this by selecting “None” under the “Select Company ID Field” and “Select Relationship ID Field”. For some reason the community won’t let me add screenshots right now, but when in the Home configuration page, if you hover over the report you don’t want filtered, click the gear icon and ensure both options are set to “None”.

We have a report like this right now in our Gainsight Home configuration and the number does not change regardless of which global filters are applied!

Hope this helps!
