Does anyone have any nice or clever use-cases for in-line editing on reports?
I think it would be really useful if CSM’s had access to add / edit data in low-volume objects in reports, which could then utilise a rule to trigger or make changes elsewhere in Gainsight (or even SFDC!).
Is anyone using this effectively?

Ah excellent! What sort of fields on the company? We have the issue where half of our CSM’s are off Salesforce, so if we ever want to change name, address etc. it’s difficult for them to do so.
I suppose having a low custom obj with inline editing and having a rule push changes to the provider could work? is this similar to what you do but it just touches other areas of your product?
