Option to set order of search results (Company>Relationship>Person)

I just enabled Person360 and we are experiencing the exact same thing. There’s a lot of scrolling involved to reach a Relationship, which is the item most users would like to open in our case.

This is why I haven’t enabled it in our instance yet. It was definitely making it much harder to find an appropriate company. 

The fact that People are above Relationships is now causing CSMs to add information on Company level instead of Relationships again (because they don’t immediately see the Relationships). This is something we absolutely want to avoid for data consistency reasons. Please consider this idea, as it might lead us to shut down P360 again as ​@heather_hansen mentioned.

This is blocking our adoption of P360 and it will remain inactive until this can be fixed

Another one blocking users from adopting… we are looking at rolling this out right now, but seeing all of this feedback is giving me huge pause. We’re running into a few other technical challenges with P360 as well but this one would cause our users to experience a great deal of pain.

We would love to have the ability to knock Company results to the bottom, since 99% of our users work at the R360 level. I don’t even dare enable P360.

I have removed the Person records from the search now, which makes find the Relationship easier again while P360 is enabled. However, having Person records in the search is still useful. Being able to reorder to have Relationships at the top, and preferably adding a filter option on type of record is still highly desirable.
