We would like the capability to bulk copy links and bulk edit the name and URL of the links in the KC bot.
In the KC bot, we add links that point to the current version of the documentation. For each release, we need to create new links and add the name and the URL to the new documentation version. The links to the earlier versions are retained because we have customers on those versions.
Here is a screenshot of the links in the KC bot. Notice that we add the version in the name to differentiate the URL for the specific version. Typically, the name and URL are the same, so we only replace the older version (for example, 24.2) with the new version number (for example, 24.3).
Currently, creating new links is time-intensive and holds us from adding more links to the KC bot as we want to avoid maintaining them. That’s why it would be really helpful if we can get an option to bulk copy the links and edit the name and URL.
