We have 2 accounts in Gainsight sandbox with the same SFDC Id.  One is inactive and another one active.  When the user logging into Gainsight he is not able to see any dashboards means landing page “Gainsight” coming up with error message. Currently Delete option is not there, if you apply logic to ignore inactive accounts (not depending on SFDC Ids for all users) then it may resolve the issue and no need to reach out to your team requesting to make SFDC Id null on these inActive accounts If we ignore inactive users then it may work.
