Gainsight has introduced the following new feature and solutions in the Gainsight 6.21 release:
- Filter Solutions in Sightline Vault by tags, type of assets and publisher name to find the required solution.
- New Solutions Added in Sightline Vault: Advocacy Tracking, Sales to Onboarding Handoff, Welcome Email (Digital Led), Exec Dashboard, Sentiment Tracking, New Executive (Digital Led), and Executive Business Review (Digital Led).
