Which Survey widgets would you like to see in Dashboards?

richa_bala

The Surveys team at Gainsight is exploring ways in which we can make some of our Surveys and CX Center widgets available in Gainsight Dashboards.

We want to hear from you – which Surveys and CX Center widgets would you like to see available in Dashboards? Are there other custom reports that you wish we had an out-of-the-box widget for?

The reports that are on the individual Program Analysis would be great. To be able to see Sends, Opens, Clicks in one line trend graph would be particularly nice

Any of the graphs from the NPS section would be helpful.  We also look at response rate as well, so something out of the box for that would be great with the ability to filter in different ways.

It will be very helpful if we can show the individual Program Analysis data in a dashboard.

Every widget on the Survey Analytics should be available OOB so that we can leverage those within our dashboards and avoid additional overhead by creating and maintaining custom reports

Agree with all the comments above.

Every widget in both the NPS Analytics page and Survey Analytics should be available for dashboard so our viewer analytics people can also see the data without having to get one of our CSMs to print screen each report every day to send out via email.

A download button on the analytics page will also help greatly.

I also agree with many of the comments above. I would like to add to my dashboard

  1. How many times the survey was viewed
  2. How many times it was responded to
  3. Break this information down by account and user type
  4. Also be able to show the scores by account and user type to see how we rank across our customers
