Auto-close objective CTAs via Rules Engine

Are you able to upsert a status via a data loader?  I have done this for non-objective CTAs.

Hi Nitisha,

During the onboarding of our Customers there are several objectives our Implementation Specialists need to accomplish. Some of these objetives we have fields in Salesforce to quantify, others need to be through manual input.

Our plan for April was to change all this implementations control to Gainsight using Success Plans.

- Objetive CTA 1 
- Objetive CTA 2
- Objetive CTA 3

Considering that we have 7 types of Onboarding; each one with an average of 11 criteria to accomplish and each IS holds around 25 customers at a time AND their variable salaries will be affected from how fast they accomplish these steps, we can't leave all 11*25 = 275 objetive CTAs / IS to be individually checked and then marked as done. They will want to review these objetives every day.

As we already have fields to automatically close 80% of these CTAs, we would leave just 20% to be manually closed by the IS, which is very feasible.

Without the automation to close the CTAs via Rules Ensine, it would be too much manual work and we probably will not implement this proccess, leaving Success Plans feature unused.

Do you have any updates when will this functionality be implemented?

Thanks for the details. The capability to close objectives via rules engine totally makes sense and we have added this in our roadmap. ETA tentatively will be in next quarter. I will keep you updated about it.

We share a product roadmap and tentative timelines, other than that the CSMs and/or Product Managers will keep you updated about the exact timelines of the features(one they are finalised).

Bruno - With 5.5 release you can close the objective CTA's. Refer to release notes for more details

Hey Bruno, did you ever implement this? I'm looking to do the same. Did you use individual CTA's for each task and then automate closing them?
