Gainsight Feature Deprecation(Cockpit Reports - Deprecated - Sept. 5, 2017)
+1As the Gainsight application evolves and new functionality is introduced, at times, we will deprecate older features and functionality. When a deprecation is planned, we strive to provide customers with at least 3 months notice. In many cases, we’re able to provide more advance notice, so that you can learn the new features and plan how to transition your content or processes.
Cockpit Reports - Deprecated - Sept. 5, 2017
Cockpit > Reports was removed in the Sept. 5, 2017, v5.9 release of Gainsight. Admins can build similar custom reports using the Report Builder, and/or download Vault report assets and add them to Gainsight dashboards. Similar reports are available to import into your org from the Gainsight Vault in the CTAs & Success Plans > CTAs sub-folder.
