Need better visibility for admins on failed Gong calls

We recently had Gong calls not being synced in GS due to a bug. We did not have visibility into the issue for 4 days until a user noticed it and reported it. 

 

GS should offer better logging and notification for failed syncs on GS connector sync jobs as admin capabilities. Without this notification/altering capability the integration feels half baked.

The sync logs showed as if there were no calls to sync instead of throwing exceptions and surfacing issue for us to act in a timely manner. We lost 2+ weeks of data and caused admin overhead to the team.
