We have made our website mobile friendly and wanted to create a guide to show users how they can navigate through the mobile website.
When I’m trying to create test guides and launching them for myself, I’m unable to view them on my mobile browser. The preview works just fine, but the engagement doesn’t trigger when I launch it.
I even tried to create a single step dialog (guide) where I don’t need to tag elements, but that didn’t work either.
