Hi @Julian!

Page 3: Link " To learn how to activate keyword search, check this tutorial. " is not working for me :(

Could you please check it? 🙂

Hi Suvi!

Thanks for the feedback, it seems I forgot to update that link, it is pointing to the unpublished version of this tutorial. 😥 So if you use this link you will see the tutorial.

I will update and then re-upload the pdf, so that it's correct in there as well. :)

Once again thanks for letting me know!

Is there a way to exclude a specific user role for Analytics? For example, our employees are registered users but it doesn’t help to see their activity on the Dashboard reports.

Please advise of the possible!

The attached PDF talks about a “Success Dashboard” -- where can I find that?

Thanks for asking this - the Dashboard recently has been renamed, it is not the Q&A Dashboard.

If you are struggling to find a certain KPI, please let me know and I will be happy to help.

Hi @Julian I’m struggling to find documentation that defines in detail what each of the export types show in terms of data.

Some are self-explanatory but a guide would be nice to reference before generating/queuing/downloading reports.

To take it a step further, documentation with a table chart of all the headers that display in each given report and what they mean. For example, if I download the User type report, I get a CSV with a header of join_dates. This term isn’t referenced anywhere (that I could find) within the Control view of Gainsight and I can only assume it means the registration of said user.

Let me know if I’m missing where this information lives or if it’s something that can be considered for future support documentation on the Analytics Gainsight has to offer. Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your feedback here. I quickly checked and you are right, we only seem to have a high-level overview of our exports and what they can be used for:

A guide within the export page surely would make sense - also some documentation around what the specific columns are actually measuring. I will share this feedback with our product and documentation team, so that we can look into both suggestions.

To answer your specific question, the join date stands for the registration date. I hope that most other columns are self-explanatory, but should you wonder what is what, please do not hesitate to ask us here. :)
