  • CX Center lets you analyse customer feedback from various sources like timeline and surveys, to get a holistic view of your customers’ sentiment. We want to enhance the sentiment analysis capabilities available in CX Center.

What is the Agenda of the VCAM? 

  • We want to understand how to review textual customer feedback today? What are the various ways in which you analyze and report customer feedback?
  • Identifying themes (groups) of customer feedback in CX Center

What is the outcome of this VCAM?

  • An understanding of how various personas review feedback from customers and group them, report them, etc

Who is the right person to Enroll?

  • Users who review and report on customer feedback from surveys, Gainsight Timeline OR Users who use CX Center

When is this happening?

  • Thursday, May 18th, 2022 -12: 00 PM ET/ 9:00 AM PT/ 9:30 PM IST
