I want to preface this by mentioning that in the C360, I am able to add and edit Person records (also a superadmin).
If everything has gone right (see my post here), then your participants will show up in the Zoom app something like this:
The problem, is that I can’t do anything with it. What if their role changed? What if their title or name changed and I want to make an update? By not being able to edit, I lost the utility of the integration. I can either make a note in my Timeline note and deal with it later, or open up the C360 separately and make the change, but that seems to defeat the point of the integration.
Being able to modify records associated with your participant data from Zoom while in the call would make this much more user friendly and give better utility to the tool.
