Hi Scott,

I have a question about linked fields in success plans. Maybe I’m using them wrong and what I want to accomplish isn’t possible. I have an object that stores information from Salesforce that will get refreshed periodically. I have a field on the success plan and have it pointing to the field on the object not storing the static value in the success plan object. I would expect to see the value from the other object, but I don’t, and have it dynamic so that when the value is updated on the object the Success Plan will have the new value showing. Hope that all makes sense.

Hi,  We have a status, Red, Yellow, Green as Text.  How can I make it show as a color in a report/dashboard.  I have mapped the color, but I don’t know how to make it show that color in the dashboard.

We were working with Jared Nunes on a couple of items, but he is out of office.  We need support to have SFDC stop overwritting the name of our relationships.

We have a couple of duration metrics as well, and they are not populating and we are having trouble troubleshooting why the calculations are not showing.

Hi Scott,

I have a rule that needs to be updated to do the following:

  1. Delete a record in GS if it is deleted in SF
  2. Add a filter to only consider records edited or created since the rule last ran.

I’m not sure how to do 1 and would like you review of how I want to accomplish 2. 

Also, my communications team wants to be able to send an email from the CEO using a corporate email address.  How do I use that kind of address in a JO program?

Cheers Scott,

My team is wondering if there are any recommendations for integrating Gainsight with Salesforce’s FSL tool. This is currently used for scheduling, service appointments, etc. If there are any sort of templates we could reference, that would be excellent.

Hey Scott - Just want to know if we can customize ribbon attributes in home configuration. There is an option for “Renewals in the Next 90 Days”. Would like to change to “Renewals this Quarter” and add an option for “Renewals Next Quarter”.

Hi Scott,

I am having Issues loading in CSAT responses. If I try to load responses based on 1 email address, it works as expected. However, if I try to load all responses in the file, the rule fails. Checking the execution History, I see that the responses make it all the way to the action step but the rule is failing at the action step. I do not have any filters in the action step except for the test when I only bring in responses for a single email.

Hello all -- I will post this notice to the Meetings and Office Hours channel here as well, but wanted all responders here to have a direct notification that I have to cancel Office Hours today due to illness.
