Nice, Manish! I've installed it, and I gave a heads-up to a few teams effectively as beta-testers, but I'm trying to get a sense of who's going to be most excited about it. Who's using it the most, and what for?

Hey Seth, 

All the teams in our company align to the Customer Health Score and own some component of it. Sally is helping them get the CHS of an account and other important information with ease.

Use cases for other teams would be :

Sales -- can check the key sponsors of our customers and seek references if needed depending on NPS.  

Product Managers -- to check the NPS comments and be better prepared for customer meetings.

CEO/CCO -- To check the health score and recent activities of some of our key accounts.

Finance -- to check CHS as is is a very accurate predictor of Churn.
