Third time luck after the mess I’ve created posting this as a question instead of an idea… 😅
We’re working on a revamp of our scorecard, and have previously deprecated inherited scorecards that were half-developed. With this comes the challenge of making sure all accounts (because we just have one scorecard for all for the time being) have the one and only scorecard in one batch.
I’ve tried rules engine and it turns out the scorecardId lookup field is protected and cannot be bulk updated and the only way to bulk update the scorecard is to apply a dummy criteria such as: Company > Name =/= null (which in my mind is a bit silly as it’s applying what technically is impossible as a criteria to achieve that bulk update).
Can we please make the scorecardId field updatable by Rules Engine? It would make more sense than applying criteria like this.
