Unable to C360 edit summary

My permissions are set to Gainsight Admin but when I attempt to Edit Summary in C360, the box is grayed out and I receive error message: Insufficient Privileges.

    Yes, until about two weeks ago, I was able to edit this field. Thanks for your help @sai_ram !
