Currently there is a limit on scorecard filters is in place to avoid complexity in scorecard configuration when the design was initiated.
Recorded Future reached out to Gainsight if there is any possibility to increase the scorecard filters as they may have specific scorecards for different types of clients which may require more than 5 filters.
Logging this post to bring this use case to product council to review the use case and add it to roadmap for future implementation.
Def agree we should have more than 5.
However, as a workaround can you just use a rule to define your logic and output a value.
So, in your rule you do your logic, if Company record = A, B, C, D, E, F, G, etc, and then you output “Scenario 1” or “Scenario 2” etc. Then in your SC you just filter for that one value.

It would be great if Currency data type could be selected too....We have a use case for two different scorecards if ARR is below/above X value but It’s not possible to use currency fields as criteria, so we had to find a workaround :/
+2Yes, huge +1 to adding currency fields and expanding the applies to criteria!
+3Currently, The Date, Calculated, and Look-Up fields cannot be selected as part of scorecard criteria.
It would be good if Gainsight can allow us to use these fields in assigning the Scorecards.
