We have implemented the embeddable widget in Zendesk, our ticketing system.
Our goal is to decrease the amount of tickets by providing customers with community content through the embeddable.
However, we are facing some challenges right now.
- The widget appears to be quite small in Zendesk. We are not able to configurate this within Zendesk or within the widget;
- Some articles that appear in the widget are quite long and contain visuals and screenshot. The ‘’read more in a new window button’’ is only displayed at the bottom of the article.
As you understand, customers are not happy with the widget and find it very user unfriendly.
Therefore, we would really like to have the possibility to:
- Configurate the width of the embeddable;
- Configurate the '’read more in a new window button'’. We would like to be able to place this button at the top of the articles, instead of the bottom.
