What would be the best way to set up CoPilot outreach for when a customer responded to a NPS survey and I want to send them a "Thank you for responding" email?
How do we turn off the ability to sync Gainsight Tasks? I turned off the auto generate but I want to be able to turn off the ability to sync as well. Thanks

If I send a NPS survey via CoPilot and a contact reaches out to one of our CSMs that they never received the survey how can we manually resend the the survey using the same email template?
+1I've added additional fields to the default Details and created another sub-section under the Success Plan Info Field Configuration. However, when I export, this additional information is not included.
