We have completed a survey using Gainsight Survey. Now we would to segment out the list contacts from the survey based on the answers and send another email through co pilot for this list of contacts based on their survey answer. There a way to do this? At the moment we have to export this list from the analyze screen which sometime doesn't include their email or contact id so we can filter this list easily from Co pilot. I wish we can choose the additional fields to be exported out from the export function on the survey.

Hi Mei,
You can choose the additional fields to be included in export from survey analyze page by going to Adminstration -> UI Settings.
If there is no view for Survey Detail Report already , create a new view. Choose the additional fields that need to be included the report, you will be able to choose fields from Contact,Account, Customer and Survey Participant object. The fields added to this view are honored while exporting the data from survey analyze page. I hope this information is helpful.

At the moment we dont have AccountId look up from Survey User Answer because of which Powerlist can not be created from this.
Since you are already trying to export the list, you can do it from Report Builder so that you can include all the fields you like to.

Would there be plan for your product to put this feature into development plan? Our usage is that we create specialised focus group sessions based on the customer 's answer so this is huge benefits for us to segment the data based on the answers and build list for further mail out.
