When viewing NPS responses in C360, the sort order appears to be driven by the date of the survey campaign. This however can create issues if a customer responds to an older survey, as the most recent responses will not appear at the top.

See example below:

Even though Steven Doty's response was this week, it appears below the response from Dan Conroy. It appears that the date of the Survey campaign is the primary sort here.

Does it make the most sense to sort by response date first? Or alternatively provide an option to the end user to change the sort criteria?

Thanks!

Sorting by most recent response date makes sense to me.  I think a lot of times that 'most recent response date' going to correspond with the 'most recent survey published date' - but this is definitely an example of when that's not true. 🙂   Thanks for pointing that out, Dan!

Dan, I am going to kick this into an idea so product has visibility into the request.

I just had Blue Jeans also call this out. Would be great to see it fixed/changed for 5.0

So I know this thread is a year old, but I've uncovered another issue with the way we report on NPS.

Not only are we using the survey publish date to group responses, but we aren't even properly sorting responses within the group of that survey.

See below examples for customer Cvent.

Blue box is 2H2017
Red box is 1H2017
Green box is 2H2016

As you can see, even within the same survey group, we aren't sorting by date order.
